We are currently in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare, MultiPlan, CareSource, Meritain, and Coventry. PPO plans are also accepted. Please contact your insurance if you have questions specific to your coverage.

Yes, you can use your HSA and FSA debit cards for our services. You will also receive a reimbursable itemized receipt directly after your visit.

Your security is our top priority. Preferred Virtual Healthcare follows best practices for security and uses HIPAA-compliant software. All of your information is encrypted and kept in Kareo’s Electronic Health Records. We use SSL certificates to ensure the privacy and protection of our platform.

Copays and self payments will be collected within one hour prior to your visit.

If deemed appropriate by the provider, a prescription (non-controlled substance) will be sent electronically to your pharmacy.
