We are currently in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare. Please contact your insurance if you have questions specific to your coverage.

Yes, you can use your HSA and FSA debit cards for our services. You will also receive a reimbursable itemized receipt directly after your visit.

Your security is our top priority. Preferred Virtual Healthcare follows best practices for security, and is HIPAA compliant. All of your information is encrypted and kept in Kareo’s Electronic Health Records. We use SSL certificates to ensure the privacy and protection of our platform.

Copays and “cash pay” will be collected prior to your visit–after intake forms have been completed.

If deemed appropriate by the provider, a prescription will be sent electronically to your pharmacy.
